I read on the AT sprint forum that the MTR has a problem with locking up in freezing temperatures. Is this being looked into? I sent a message to your support email address asking that my order not be shipped until this issue (which seems to be a firmware problem) is fixed and the updated firmware is flashed to the rig. I got no response from support.
