If you are using a resonant antenna ther will be no need for a tuner.
If you run a non-resonant antenna the a tuner will be necessary. The Elecraft T1 tunner is a perfect addition to any of the MTR series radios.
If you choose to run resonant antennas then the LNR EFT-10/20/40 properly trimmed will work great without a tuner on thise bands.
